For the development of a retirement village consisting of the following: (a) 62 no. bedroom 3 storey nursing home and basement linked to existing coachhouse (b) 39 no. self contained care units in a 3 storey unit linked to existing nursing home at ground floor level only (c) demolition of existing nursing home extensions which are not part of the original protected structure and the conversion of original nursing home into 8 no. self contained care units with ground floor day care centre (d) maintenance and service buildings including 1 no.
