extend and improve existing industrial and commercial facility, including both the temporary and permanent retention of certain existing works. To construct a new office building, ELV (end of life vehicle) treatment/recycling building, industrial/finishing building, boiler house, power house, ancillary site works and yards including new entrance off public road at Clontaffe, weighbridge, sewerage system and treatment works, soak pits, stream outfall, landscaping and service and drainage pipe crossings on the public road as described and indicated on the drawings submitted with the application to the Planning Authority. Temporary retention of existing sandblasting building, ancillary buildings and adjoining concrete yard, in addition to office structures and containers as indicated on plans submitted and for permanent retention of existing concrete yard and two no. extensions to existing fabrication buildings as indicated on plans submitted to the Planning Authority. The above development will be the subject of separate applications for waste permits and ELV permits under the Waste Management Acts.
