To construct 43 two storey detached dwellings consisting of 3 house types (5 no. type 2A, 20 no. type 2B and 18 no. type C) together with site devleopment works. The development will also be the second and final phase of Powerstown way residential development. Phase 1 consisting of 14 dwellings previously permitted and currently under construction (Planning register reference P.D.A. 2/46/01)with acccess to the proposed development from the Powertown Road via Phase 1and the permitted centre mountable roundabout on the Powerstown Road.
For amendements to sites 29 - 57 inclusive (to be known as phase 3 of the permitted development planning ref. no. 05/77) currently under construction. The amendements to include: (1) The omission of three dwellings reducing the number of dwellings within the entire development from 57 to 54 (2) Modifications to the boundaries of the individual dwelling sites (sites 29 - 55 inclusive) (3) Omission of House type 2C from Phase 3 of the development (4) Omission of of number type 2B (5) Inclusion of 12 no. additional 5 bedroom dwellings (Type 2D) with extensions/ optional extensions as indicated on Site layout plan (6) Reduction in open space by circa 562 sq. meters (7) Minor admendments to location of roads, sewers and services
