to erect a building subdivided into two buildings to be used as a waste transfer station and to dismantle lorries, weighbridge, office, effluent treatment system and associated site services and retain existing sandblasting shed, entrance, associated site works
extend and improve existing industrial and commercial facility, including both the temporary and permanent retention of certain existing works. To construct a new office building, ELV (end of life vehicle) treatment/recycling building, industrial/finishing building, boiler house, power house, ancillary site works and yards including new entrance off public road at Clontaffe, weighbridge, sewerage system and treatment works, soak pits, stream outfall, landscaping and service and drainage pipe crossings on the public road as described and indicated on the drawings submitted with the application to the Planning Authority. Temporary retention of existing sandblasting building, ancillary buildings and adjoining concrete yard, in addition to office structures and containers as indicated on plans submitted and for permanent retention of existing concrete yard and two no. extensions to existing fabrication buildings as indicated on plans submitted to the Planning Authority. The above development will be the subject of separate applications for waste permits and ELV permits under the Waste Management Acts.
(a) existing industrial/commercial uses and associated facilities on a reduced site area than that which was approved under Planning Ref No: 06511394 & 12510064, (b) retention of Building No 3 for uses consisting of treatment/recycling of ELVs ( end of life vehicles) and general industrial purposes, (c) retention of former sandblasting building and associated facilities for use as general storage, (d) retention of weighbridge and associated facilities and (e) permission for chemical toilets
