to retain retail commercial outlet, comprising of store area, tractor service workshop, toilet area and existing septic tank and percolation area and permission to demolish existing outbuildings and remove part of existing front boundary fence to be replaced by new proposed boundary wall set back with security fence over, also relocate main entrance to western road boundary
and complete the upgrading works to an existing berthing facility/harbour to provide for a private marina. The works include (i) the replacement of unstable and rotten harbour walls and decking; (ii) deepening of the harbour and (iii) to construct a new natural stone boulder protection breakwater with associated site and landscaping works
