Permission and Retention permission for development at site c.1.66ha consisting of the reconfiguration of the carparking layout, including the provision of additional spaces to provide a total of 47 no. spaces and alterations to the existing surface water and waste water drainage systems on site, including the replacement of the existing septic tank with a new wastewater treatment plant comprising primary secondary and tertiary elements and installation of silt traps and 2 No Class 1 hydrocarbon interceptors and all other ancillary site development works above and below ground.
