The scheme will comprise a two-lane single carriageway road with cycle lanes and foothpaths, landscaping and drainage works (including attenuation ponds & Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS)); road signage and all ancillary site services and development works above and below ground. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report and a Natura Impact Statement have been prepared in respect of the proposed development and are submitted with the application
