demolition of existing mushroom tunnels and erection of 6 replacement tunnels, the part conversion of existing store for additional sanitary facilities, and the erection of a single storey steel framed roofed enclosure etc
demolish part of their existing facility for the indoor production of phase 1, 2 & 3 mushroom substrate, currently being produced outdoors on the site , as detailed hereunder: A) Demolish only those existing growing tunnels required to make way etc
(I) construction of a single storey mono-pitch roof staff training room (67.6 sqm) directly accessible from the wider Monaghan Mushrooms facility campus; and (ii) all ancillary site works necessary to facilitate the development,
the construction of a photovoltaic solar farm comprising of 54 no. table solar panel arrays erected on ground mounted galvanised steel frames/support structures located in the southeast corner of the existing mushroom, compost and farm facility. The solar panels will be arranged facing southward with a separation distance of 5 meters between rows. The development also includes (i) ducting and underground electrical cabling; (ii) 2m high perimeter fencing to the north and west site boundaries with associated access gate; (iii) and all ancillary works including landscaping and associated civil engineering works necessary to facilitate the development. The solar farm will provide electrical power to the existing facility
