Development Description:
to construct an Equestrian Centre and training school. The proposed development will consist of an indoor horse arena with a second floor viewing area , ten number indoor stables, a storage room , a tack room and public toilets. Permission is also sought to construct a roofed horse walker, an open dungstead collection area piped to an underground effluent tank. Permission is also sought to install a new waste water treatment system and percolation area and to decommission the existing septic tank on site . Permission is also sought to upgrade existing site entrance and to remove the south facing boundary so the required 90m sight lines can be achieved. Permission is also sought to remove the existing two number steel containers on site and to demolish existing tack room and to remove same from site.
