Development Description:
to construct the following: proposed two storey stable block, consisting of 6 no. horse stables & 7 no. pony stables, a wheelchair accessible toilet and two no. stairwells at ground floor level, tack room, kitchen / dining / lounge, male & female changing rooms and toilets and an office at first floor level (total floor area 494.6sqm), proposed horse walker (305.8sqm) and horse lunge (305.8sqm) with proposed dung heap/effluent tank (18.5sqm). Proposed exercise arena (173.2sqm) to include 6 no. floodlights & equine fencing along the existing driveway and proposed exercise arena. Permission is sought to install a septic tank and percolation area, 16 no. vehicles parking spaces, path to forest, proposed signage (2msq) at existing gate all associated site works. Permission is also sought to retain existing storage shed (24sqm)
to construct an Equestrian Centre and training school. The proposed development will consist of an indoor horse arena with a second floor viewing area , ten number indoor stables, a storage room , a tack room and public toilets. Permission is also sought to construct a roofed horse walker, an open dungstead collection area piped to an underground effluent tank. Permission is also sought to install a new waste water treatment system and percolation area and to decommission the existing septic tank on site . Permission is also sought to upgrade existing site entrance and to remove the south facing boundary so the required 90m sight lines can be achieved. Permission is also sought to remove the existing two number steel containers on site and to demolish existing tack room and to remove same from site. Permission is also sought for ancillary site works for the proposed development . All works to be carried out
