Proposed Development

Development Description: The proposed development will consist of an indoor horse arena with a first floor viewing area, ten number indoor stables, a storage room, tack room and public toilets. Permission is also sought to construct a roofed horse walker, an open dungstead collection area piped to an underground effluent tank. Permission is also sought to install a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area and to decommission the existing septic tank on site. Permission is also sought to retain and upgrade existing entrance and to remove the south facing boundary so the required 90m sight lines can be achieved. Permission to retain the existing site entrance and the access roadway down to the development lined with timber post and rail fence. Permission is also sought to retain the existing horse stables as constructed on site consisting of six number indoor horse boxes and nine number indoor horse stalls consisting of 203sq.m.. Permission is also sought for signage at the entrance into the development. Permission is also sought to remove the existing two number steel containers on site and to demolish the existing tack room and to remove same from the site. Permission is also sought for car parking, loading and unloading bays, bike stand and bin storage and rainwater harvesting , and all ancillary site works for the proposed development .
