and completion and modifications of 2 No. 3 bed semi-detached dormer bungalows, on a site area of 0.056 ha. The retention permission being sought consists of modifications to the permitted house types, alterations to the site layouts, i.e. the reorientation of the 2 houses and driveways of Site Nos. 9 and 10, together with new boundary wall to the side of Site No. 9 and all associated site developments works. The effect of the proposed development will be a modification to part of an extant permission under Reg. Ref.’s 07/1474 and 12/963 and 17/1008 at Kilheale Manor,
the development of 66 no. houses, comprised of 2 storey, 2, 3 & 4 bed detached, semi-detached and terraced houses on a site measuring circa 2.90 hectares at Hartwell Road, Kill, County Kildare. The proposed development is comprised of 7 no. 4 bedroom detached houses, 22no. 4 bedroom semi-detached houses, 10 no. 3 bedroom semi-detached houses, 21.no 3 bedroom terraced houses & 6 no. 2 bedroom terraced houses. Access to the proposed development will be from the adjoining Kilheale Manor residential estate to the west of the proposed development site. The proposed development includes for all associated site development works, drainage, car parking, open spaces and landscaping etc. The applicant has also submitted a concurrent application to the Planning Authority for residential development on lands adjoining the north/northeast of the subject site
