a residential development of 162 dwellings comprising 24 no. 4 bedroom semi detached houses, 18 no. 3 bedroom semi detached houses, 69 no 3 bedroom terraced houses,
14 no 3 bedroom semi detached dormer bungalows, 3 no 3 bedroom detached bungalows, 1 no 3 bedroom end terrace bungalow, 33 no 2 bedroom apartment units, a shop and a crèche, together with a pumping station and temporary on site waste water treatment plant ( WWTP) and all ancillary site works.
Site layout alterations, changes of dwelling type and a reduction of 4 no dwellings at this site. The development will consist of a reduction from 69 no. to 65 no. dwellings on part of the overall site already approved under permission reg. Ref. No. 07/1474. The 3 bedroom semidetached dormer bungalows on sites 1-8 and the 3 bedroom townhouses on sites 104-109 will be omitted. The 3 bedroom semidetached dormer bungalows on sites 9 & 10,the 2 bedroom apartment dwellings on sites 110-114 inclusive with the shop and crèche blocks will be re-located. Changes of dwellings to 3 bedroom semidetached houses on sites 115-122,139-172 (42No.) and 3 bedroom town houses on sites 123-138 (16No.)
