Development at the existing equine bloodstock facility comprising the demolition of existing farm buildings (765 sq.m) and; provision of an equine farm isolation unit comprised of (i) a stable building (294sq.m) consisting of 8 no. isolation stables with feedstore, staff room and treatment room.
