development at the existing equine bloodstock facility comprising: (i) Construction of a new single storey farm security building (50sqm) with solar panel on south facing roofslope; (ii) Construction of a new single-storey, 3 bedroom staff accommodation unit (146.5sqm) with solar panel on south facing roofslope; and, (iii) Modifications to existing farm service entrance to provide new entrance gates and piers with 2 No. new pedestrian access gates. The development will also include staff car parking, upgrade to part of internal access road, wastewater treatment system and rainwater harvesting tanks, landscaping, boundary treatments and all associated site development works necessary to facilitate the development
development at the existing equine bloodstock facility comprising of the following: (i) partial demolition of the roof and first-floor level of existing stables (867sqm) with refurbishment works (683sqm) to include rooflights and solar panels on south-facing roofslope; (ii) provision of 2 no. new stable blocks (250sqm in total), to be located adjacent to existing stable blocks and to include rooflights and solar panels on south-facing roofslope; (iii) demolition of existing service and machinery shed (1,007sqm) and provision of replacement machinery and storage shed (422sqm); (iv) demolition of farm manager's accommodation (140sqm) and provision f new stud farm offices (143sqm) with solar panel on south-facing roofslope; (v) demolition of existing 2 no. horse walkers (370sqm in total) and installation of 2 no. new horse walkers (370sqm in total); (vi) upgrade of paddocks; (vii) resurfacing of existing hard landscaping around stables and machinery shed and resurfacing of internal stable courtyard and surround areas; (viii) removal of existing septic tank and installation of 2 no. new EPA compliant wastewater treatment systems, each comprising treatment plant and tertiary treatment filter, stormwater drainage to include 2 no. rainwater harvesting tanks, new connection to existing watermain and installation of below ground fire-fighting water tank (135m3), and installation of 71m3 below=ground effluent storage tank (compliant with Nitrate Regulations); and, (ix) the development will also include staff and visitor car parking, internal roads/avenue upgrade, ESB substations, hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments and all associated works necessary to facilitate the development
