(3) Process Support Building Extension. The construction of a two-storey extension to the existing Process Support Building (PSB) sized approximately 20 metres by 11 metres and 14 metres high, located to the north east of the existing Fab 24 Process Support Building. (4) FAB24 and FAB14 Waste Tanks. The installation of 3no. additional waste tanks and associated access platforms and stairways, 1no. sized approximately 9 metres by 10 metres and 7 metres high, located in the Utilities Yard to the north of the existing FAB24 Manufacturing Building and 1no. sized approximately 3 metres high located to the south of existing FAB14 Process Building and 1 no. sized approximately 4.25 metres in diameter and 16 metres high, located to the south of existing FAB14 process Building.(5) Site Works. The proposed development includes linking pipe-bridges to the Fab10 and Fab14 support buildings, site development works, site utilities, site lighting, separation walls, road alterations, landscaping and all associated site works. This application consists of a variation to a previously permitted development for an activity for which a licence under Part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 (as amended by the Protection of the Environment Act, 2003) is required. A Natura Impact Statement ("NIS") accompanies this application for inspection or purchase at the office of the Planning Authority. the alteration and realignment of an overhead electricity power line, located to the east side of their site and also located at adjacent properties north and south of their site at Collinstown, Leixlip, Blakestown, Kellystown, Collinstown Industrial Park, Leixlip, Co. Kildare approximate 1.1km section of existing double circuit overhead line which supports the existing Maynooth-Ryebrook and Dunfirth-Kinnegad-Rinnawade 110kV overhead line circuits. The proposed development comprises of: (1) Diversion. Diverting a section of the existing 110kV double circuit overhead line to the north of the River Rye, along the eastern edge of the Intel site at Collinstown, linking back into the existing overhead line section at the car park of the Lidl supermarket, directly south of the R148. (2) Removal of Existing Double Circuit Towers. The decommissioning and removal of 4 No existing double circuit steel lattice towers and associated electrical conductors to include the removal of the existing towers and associated electrical conductors from site. (3) Double Circuit Towers. The installation of 7 No new double circuit steel lattice towers. Two of these will be replacement towers (Towers T1 & T7). The towers will range in height from approximately 20.75m to approximately 39.75m above ground level and will support six electrical conductors (overhead lines). (4) Site Works. All ancillary site development, preparation and reinstatement works, including access, landscaping and connection to existing services and utilities and miscellaneous site works. This application consists of a variation to a previously permitted development on an activity for which a licence under Part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 (as amended by the Protection of the Environment Act, 2003) is required. additions, alterations and modification to existing/permitted industrial facilities. The proposed development comprises of the following: 1. An extension to plant and equipment associated with FAB 34 located on an existing/permitted concrete slab to the rear of FAB 34. The development also comprises a modification to the proposed Boiler and Chiller Building to facilitate this development reducing its enclosed area from 22,188 square metres to 19,208 square metres. 2. The proposed equipment comprises 9 no. holding and treatment tanks located in a sealed reinforced concrete bund sized 542 square metres approximately together with associated pumps, pipe bridges and equipment. The tanks vary in height from 5 metres to 9 metres approximately. 3. The permitted (ABP Ref. Pl. 09.304672-19 / KCC Reg. Ref. 1991) two storey Boiler and Chiller Building is reduced by 2,980 square metres approximately, including modifications to the existing elevations, relocated escape stairs and miscellaneous layout modifications. The height of the modified facility will match the existing building height at 24.5 metres. 4. The works also include modifications to site works, underground utilities, roof mounted equipment and site lighting and a louvred screen wall approximately 85 metres in length, as an extension to the existing 8.5-metre-high elevational screen located on top of the Boundary wall to the rear of the Boiler and Chiller Building. 5. Erection of 2 no. ground level, illuminated monument signs at the main east and west vehicular entrances to the site from the R148. Both signs are 1.5 metres high and 2.4 metres wide approximately. 6. Illumination (internally) of 1 no. replacement building sign to the south elevation of the IR6 Building. The sign is 1.4 metres high and 3.3 metres wide approximately and is mounted so that the top of the sign is approximately 0.5 metres below for the parapet level of IR6.
