2 no. bungalows, 4 no. dormer bungalows, 2 no. two storey houses all with garages for domestic use and septic tanks with Bord na Mona Puraflo effluent treatment plant on each site and new access roadway to exising golf club house
a two-storey guesthouse. The proposed development comprises 10 bedrooms with en-suites, kitchen, living room, dining room, utility room, w.c., storage, golf changing areas and ancillary accommodation. The proposed development includes the widening of existing entrance, new front entrance gates and piers, septic tank and effluent treatment system, on-site attenuation, roadway and ancillary site works
