2 no. bungalows, 4 no. dormer bungalows, 2 no. two storey houses all with garages for domestic use and septic tanks with Bord na Mona Puraflo effluent treatment plant on each site and new access roadway to exising golf club house
a two-storey guesthouse. The proposed development comprises 10 bedrooms with en-suites, kitchen, living room, dining room, utility room, w.c., storage, golf changing areas and ancillary accommodation. The proposed development includes the widening of existing entrance, new front entrance gates and piers, septic tank and effluent treatment system, on-site attenuation, roadway and ancillary site works
(i) the extension of the existing farmyard, the new extension and part of the existing farmyard is to be enclosed to provide a new straw bedded livestock house, (ii) A 17m/3 underground seepage tank, (iii) a roofed 53m/3 manure pit and (iv) the installation of an Oakstown BAF wastewater treatment system, sand polishing filter and percolation area to serve a new wc to be located within the dry store and all associated ancillary site development works
to amend a previously approved development of 'a part single & two-storey farmhouse' approved under Planning Register Reference 22/268 at Killeenbeg, Kill, Co Kildare. Alterations to the single storey element will consist of a stone facade in lieu of napp plaster to the front (north) and end (west) elevations, revised window openings/positions to the front elevation and 2 number 'velux' type rooflights to the rear (south) elevation. Alterations to the two-storey element will consist of the provision of a ground floor corner window/door in lieu of 2 windows on the south & west elevations, provision of an additional first floor window and revised window openings/positions to the east elevation and all associated ancillary site development works
