Development Description: change of house type of 32 no. dwellings and site layout plan (approved under DA50498 & PL 17.220067) and the construction of an additional 18 no dwellings consisting of 2 no 4 bedroom two storey detached houses (TypeA1), 2 No. 4 bedroom 2 storey semi-detached houses (Type A1), 1 No. 4 bedroom two storey detached house (type A4), 12 No. 4 bedroom two storey semidetached houses (Type B) and 33 No. 3 bedroom two storey terraced houses in 8 blocks (7 No. 4 unit and 1 No. 5 Unit blocks) resulting in an increase of 18 No. dwelling from that previously approved under Reg. Ref. DA50498 & PL 17.220067. The proposed development will also include various works at Seachnall House and its farm buildings and outhouses, which are Protected Structures. The work shall consist of- general conservation and repair of Seachnall House as a single dwelling: Removal of three modern concrete sheds and a hay barn: conservation and repair of three outhouses for use as offices and the provision of 11 No. associated car parking spaces. External works to the house shall be: remove modern porch to front entrance, remove modern concrete garage at south side, build new garage in new location, repair existing windows, install new pitched roof with natural slate finish over existing flat roofed return on north side, take down existing slates from main roof and reslate reusing existing slates and natural slates to match; repair and reconstruct original entrance gates on to road. The main elements of internal works to the house entail: inserting new services and facilities to include kitchen and bathrooms; general repairs and conservation to joinery and plaster work: general redecoration. Works to the outhouse shall entail removal of three modern concrete outhouses and modern steel hay barn.
