External works to the house shall be: remove modern porch to front entrance, remove modern concrete garage at south side, build new garage in new location, repair existing windows, install new pitched roof with natural slate finish over existing flat roofed return on north side, take down existing slates from main roof and reslate reusing existing slates and natural slates to match; repair and reconstruct original entrance gates on to road. The main elements of internal works to the house entail: inserting new services and facilities to include kitchen and bathrooms; general repairs and conservation to joinery and plaster work: general redecoration. Works to the outhouse shall entail removal of three modern concrete outhouses and modern steel hay barn. Three earlier outhouses shall be retained and external works to these shall consist of structural repairs to walls as necessary: external pointing and repair of plaster, removal of existing damaged roofs and reinstatement with new/repaired timbers and natural slate, repaired/renewal of all windows and doors; new cost metal rainwater and drainage services. Internal works to the retained outhouses shall require the following; remove timber screens; remove existing ground floor; lay new ground floors; lime plaster all walls; repair/replace timber upper floors; install toilets and kitchenettes, staircases and services.
