While the overall gross floor area of the Development has increased from 1270 sq.m. to 3682 sq.m. due to the necessary enlargement of the Maintenance/Service/Administrative/Storage element & the addition of the Ancillary facilities listed above, the overall capacity of the development in relation to bus movements has decreased due to the reduction of bus parking from 140 to 104 with a consequent reduction in traffic impact
