Office unit at first floor level. 4. 1 no. totem advertising sign. 5. New ancillary carpark adjoining and all associated site development works. 6. Development is accessed via existing shared vehicular entrance to Waterford Road as permitted under planning reference P.09318 and amended by planning reference P.15133
