Archerstreet lot Junction of Waterford Road, Nuncio Road and Bohernatounish Road
for the construction of a single storey discount foodstore (to include off-licence use) with a gross floor area of 1,555 sq. metres (net retail area of 1,125 sq. metres). The development includes the erection of one free standing double sided internally illuminated single pole sign: one free standing triple pole sign with 2 single sided internally illuminated signs: one single sided internally illuminated gable sign: 97 car parking spaces; associated landscaping and site development works all on a 0.71 hectare (1.76 acre) site. Access to the site will be provided via the Waterford Road.
