Retention Permission - partially complete site development works that received outline permission under planning reference number 06/208 together with full planning permission for site development works including flood alleviation measures, storm water drainage and construction of roads, footpath, public lighting etc. These site development works are revised from that granted under outline permission 06/208.
Permission to amend part of the site layout previously granted under Planning Ref:08/522 to incorporate an additional site and Outline Permission for a detached dwelling house with waste water treatment system and percolation area on this site, including all associated site development works. This will bring the total number of sites within the proposed development to 13
