(O) The development will consist of outline permission for 12 detached dwellinghouse with individual proprietary waste water treatment systems and percolation area together with full permission for the associated site developments
(O) 12 detached dwelling houses with individual waste water treatment systems and percolation areas, along with all associated development works including flood alleviation measures.
Retention Permission - partially complete site development works that received outline permission under planning reference number 06/208 together with full planning permission for site development works including flood alleviation measures, storm water drainage and construction of roads, footpath, public lighting etc. These site development works are revised from that granted under outline permission 06/208.
