Permission was granted for a new Community resource and Recreation Centre that included a Community Health Service Centre and creche. The development now being applied for consists of a change of use of part of the structure from Community Health Service Centre to increased sized Creche, together with alterations to elevations and all associated site development work (register reference no. 05/515)
The development will consist of construction of a new community centre which will incorporate a main function area, store, toilets, kitchen, offices, meeting room, reception office and plant room at ground floor level and a first floor area for future development along with all associated siteworks.
