(P) New Community Resource and recreation centre along with all associated siteworks. The development (gross internal floor area of 1828 sqm) incorporating the following: sports and recreation hall, three no. meeting rooms, kitchen, cafe dock, community creche, games room, gymnasium, toilets, stores and ancillary spaces
(P) a change of use and alterations to an already approved planning application. Permission was granted for a new Community resource and Recreation Centre that included a Community Health Service Centre and creche. The development now being applied for consists of a change of use of part of the structure from Community Health Service Centre to increased sized Creche, together with alterations to elevations and all associated site development work (register reference no. 05/515)
