The demolition of two no. single storey stores adjacent to the Parish Offices, a reduntant telephone exchange and a shed adjacent to Parochial Hall. 2. The restoration of Parochial Hall, a Protected Structure, including removal of non-original later additons to rear and sides. Restoration will include re-instatement of original windows, making good to slate roof, re-rendering of facades and re-instatement of original features along with associated internal alterations. The works will include the construction of a single storey extension to the south-west of the Parochial Hall providing community meeting rooms. 3.
