Development Description: the development will consist of the following works within the curtilage of Protected Structure (Ref: 1433 7001 Parish Church and Ref: 1433 7002 Parochial Hall): 1. The demolition of two no. single storey stores adjacent to the Parish Offices, a reduntant telephone exchange and a shed adjacent to Parochial Hall. 2. The restoration of Parochial Hall, a Protected Structure, including removal of non-original later additons to rear and sides. Restoration will include re-instatement of original windows, making good to slate roof, re-rendering of facades and re-instatement of original features along with associated internal alterations. The works will include the construction of a single storey extension to the south-west of the Parochial Hall providing community meeting rooms. 3. Construction of a two storey Community Building along the south boundary of the site for community facilities on the ground floor and community office accommodation on first floor level. 4. Landscaping works around the Parochial Hall and Community Building will be provided including the provision of a paved path space between the new works and the Church. 9 Car parking spaces will be provided adjacent to the community facility buildings to include 2 no. disabled spaces. A number of trees are proposed to be replaced with new trees along with planting around the new works. 5. Modifications to existing front boundary wall along Frederick Street, including the creation of one new pedestrian entrance and the construction of one new vehicular entrance to the Parochial Hall and Community Building
