erect an effluent treatment plant and anaerobic digester plant consisting of a main processing and storage building , a chemical store and polymer makeup building, 500 cubic metre effluent day tank, 100 cubic metre under ground anaerobic digester feed tank and ancillary biogas handling facility , 100 cubic metre underground polymer mixing tank, process cooling tank, 145 cubic metre bunded digester containment tank and permission to erect 1147 cubic metre balance tank and 517 cubic meter anoxic tank and ancillary site works
