Retention permission for the change of use of an agricultural yard to commercial yard/storage area, conversion of existing buildings to offices & erection of machinery shed in connection with my environmental contractor business. Full permission is also sought for the demolition of existing piggery building to the east of the site and construction of new portal frame building to accommodate offices, canteen, training room, changing room/toilet facilities & garage associated with this business & all associated site works. Significant further information has been furnished to Monaghan County Council on the 1st September 2015.
Permission for the installation of infrastructure including a mobile waste separation unit, a mobile water settlement tank and the use of existing underground storage tanks/outdoor storage areas, to facilitate the screening, processing and segregation of waste products from urban and industrial wastewater treatment with the view of recycling silt waste and all ancillary site development works. The proposed activity will require a 'Waste Facility Permit' which shall be sought through a separate application to Monaghan County Council
