Retention permission for the change of use of an agricultural yard to commercial yard/storage area, conversion of existing buildings to offices & erection of machinery shed in connection with my environmental contractor business. Full permission is also sought for the demolition of existing piggery building to the east of the site and construction of new portal frame building to accommodate offices, canteen, training room, changing room/toilet facilities & garage associated with this business & all associated site works. Significant further information has been furnished to Monaghan County Council on the 1st September 2015.
Permission to consist of (1) changes to site layout, plans and elevations of portal framed building previously granted by Monaghan County Council under planning ref 15/179 (2) demolition of existing office building (3) extension of existing machinery shed (4) and all ancillary site development works
