The proposed changes would include the following: Unit no. 7 on the first floor previously indicated as a one bedroom apartment would now become a bedsit , Unit no. 11 on the attic floor previously indicated as a bedsit would become a one bedroom unit, the building would no longer extend over the passageway to the west, the elevations of the building will change to take account of the alterations

The new building/extension will accommodate 6 no additional sheltered dwelling units, which will be accessed from the F.H.I.S.T. house and will share its communal facilities. The works to the building will also include constructing a new link stairwell to the extension on each of the two upper storeys
