The proposed amendment will involve the following (a) revision/enlargement of site boundaries from 1.04 ha to 2.95 ha to encompass the totality of a front field bounding the public road (b) repositioning of permitted dwelling from the back field to the aforementioned front field (c) minor revisions to the previously permitted dwelling design to include a reduction of the overall height, the addition of a covered car port/garage to the rear and the replacement of a flat roof section to the rear with a pitched roof including a new landscaping plan and all ancillary site works.
